just write to them... I got my information that I have shared so they should come back to me again I suppose so... 900$ for me... so its more or less the same!
Ive just written a second ticket now in hopes that they will help me. I havent even received any sort of acknowledgement from them yet. Im kinda losing hope in my money coming back. Hopefully this all works out for us.
