Welcome to the 30th weekly installment of my series on Steemit income and growth!

Income on Steemit is generated by "investment" (the more Steem you have, the more you earn) and by "work" (earning Steem by contributing content that adds value). Already having invested my savings in Steem, I'm now working by uploading unique valuable content to the blockchain. My goal is to increase my average weekly income to 15 Steem.

Calculating weekly income

Considering income from accounts that I own, and that my wife owns, and accounts started as group projects with my funds (currently @drutter, @medikatie, @greatesteem, @hempy, @girlsofgreen, and @sativazeee), here's the running tally:

😃 I was excited to run the data today and see how much lost ground I've recovered, after the worst 2 week period of my Steemit adventure, with growth slowing to barely a quarter percent! 😓

With this week's 1% growth, the 10 week average rises to 0.68%. It would still take another 2 years of full-time work to 'become profitable'. But what will tell the story better is an update of the graph from last week:

That looks less alarming than last week, although technically I'm still way below linear growth (which is below the expected exponential growth).
