30 Days Writing Challenge, Day 6: What Are The 3 Most Plausible Use Cases For The SNAX token?
This is the sixth question / topic of the 30 days writing challenge I announced a couple of days ago. The total amount in prizes is 90,000 SNAX and it's being distributed as 3 daily prices of 1,000 SNAX each. For all the details, please check this post.
This question is obviously closely related to the last one, and it is like this for a reason. First comes the dApp and, if the dApp gets traction, the use case for the token is discovered.
As the creators are putting it, SNAX is a utility token. Its main use right now is that it can be sent from one person to another and that's pretty much it. It's just a medium of exchange, guaranteeing that it can travel between users and that 1 SNAX will always be 1 SNAX (to quote a famous Bitcoin statement).
What gives value to a medium of exchange is what it stands for. From this point of view, I think the use cases will be shaped by how people choose to evaluate their SNAX based activities. It's very early to guess and quasi impossible to correctly predict these use cases, but here are a few ideas, from the top of my mind:
- paying for exposure in advertising exchanges
- staking them as collateral for loans in other crypto currencies
- micro-payments for IoT devices related to publishing (cameras, AI powered information kiosks)

@dragosroua, I don't have the SNAX Account but recently heard about this at many places on Steem Blockchain and it reflects that it's something effective there.
And definitely end users decide the use case and value of any Token.
