30 Days Writing Challenge, Day 25: What's You Writing ROI?

This is the twenty fifth question / topic of the 30 days writing challenge I announced a couple of days ago. The total amount in prizes is 90,000 SNAX and it's being distributed as 3 daily prices of 1,000 SNAX each. For all the details, please check this post.

One of the most important things that happened to me when I joined Steem was realizing that my writing / time spent writing has an ROI. As a blogger, riding the wave of the 2010s, when blogging on your own platform was still a thing, I did have an idea about it. I could see how much money I can make, but in a very large time window. For instance, AdSense would have pay only monthly, any ebook that I was pushing out there could make money in a few months, and so on and so forth.

Never before Steemit I was able to understand how much money I can make from writing in as little as 7 days. Of course, the residual value of my posts is completely (or almost completely) lost in this case, because all the advertising money made on top of my old content goes to Steemit INC (I'm talking only about the steemit.com website, other frontends don't have ads). But, in this context, this was a tradeoff I was willing to accept.

So, the question is: what is your writing ROI? I will start by myself, stating that spending around half an hour per day producing content on this blockchain is just on par with other tasks I'm performing (I am a programmer for the rest of the day, so that's how the rent gets paid). More than half an hour (on average) would be too much time spent.

In my case, then, if I spend more than half an hour, I would start to be somehow at a loss.

There are many factors to be taken into account, like the future value of STEEM (or other tokens), but let's just stick to the current market value for now.
