It Was About Time, Steemians!
It has finally happened! After months of origami and latte art, someone found a way to combine the two!

I've been long complaining about the posts, which get upvoted on Steemit (a.k.a. the origami and latte network), but if that's what whales like (and what's better than upvoting a post, which is sure to get upvoted - ka-ching $!), then that's what will be posted.
I do feel sorry for everyone, who only get a couple of cents, for investing considerable effort in writing articles which require more time and research, but I also applaud @smailer - he gets my personal Steemit award of entrepreneurship and innovation! It's also a really cute drawing, wouldn't you say?
And here I was, thinking about writing on fission drives. What a rookie mistake!

I,m fairly new to Steemit and do wonder why some posts are making considerable money and some make nothing. Some posts have hardly any content yet still make money.Still haven't got to grips with this as very little training around
It's about Steem Power and business habits - with time, some of the older users kept getting consistently high payouts. Whales notice such users and upvote their content. Why? The reason is that whales get better income from upvoting (curating) articles with higher income.
There are very few whales, which upvote minnow articles - and they have my gratitude, for not being selfless.
There's a problem with the Steemit curation and reward system, and have already offered a simple solution here. Developers haven't cared so far.
Steemit is a creative place. Wonder how the latte origami creation would perform on instagram and facebook.
It certainly won't pay as much :)
