CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES


Hello friends, the days have passed so fast, I have almost a week in STEEMIT, I am excited because thanks to GOD and you have seen good results in such a short time. So I made the decision to prepare our rich CHOCOLATE cupcakes.


Los ingredientes para preparar: 40 cupcakes capacillos N° 7 son los siguientes,

Ingredients:

● 120g Leavening Wheat Flour
● 200g white sugar
● 2 Eggs L
● 120g Unsalted butter
● 180ml Milk
● 60g Cocoa Powder
● 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
● 2 teaspoons white vinegar
● 1/2 teaspoon yeast
● 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (350 ° F). Place the paper capacities in the cupcakes.
Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa or cocoa and salt. Reservation.
Place the vinegar in the milk and let stand for 10 min. Until curdling.
Beat the butter and sugar with an electric mixer, until creamed. Add eggs one by one, beating well after each addition. Then add the vanilla. While still beating, incorporate sifted powders, alternating with the mixture of milk and vinegar. Pour the dough into the molds, filling up to 3/4 of its capacity.
Bake for 15 to 17 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

SYRUP

Ingredients:

• 50ml (1/4 cup) Water
• 50g (1/5 cup) White sugar
• 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
• (secret ingredient) which I will let you know when posting this recipe.

preparation:
Bring the water to the fire with the sugar and stir until all the sugar is dissolved, add the vanilla and the secret ingredient. Place on the cupcakes immediately removed from the oven for better adsorption.

Chocolate Buttercream

Ingredients:
250 gr. Butter at room temperature,
250 grams of sugar glas or nevazucar,
125 grams of chocolate,
1 teaspoon vanilla extract,
1 tablespoon liquid milk.

preparation:

The butter will be out of the refrigerator for at least 4-5 hours before you start to make the cream. In a bowl melt the chocolate in the microwave at 10 sec intervals. (Be careful not to pass the time, because you can cook a lot is chocolate and lose it), then let it cool a little.
Sieve the sugar in a bowl, put the butter, vanilla and spoonful of milk, cover the bowl with a rag (to avoid that we fill the sugar kitchen) and beat first at a slow speed about a minute and then at medium speed - High for another two minutes until the cream is whiter, at this point add our chocolate that will be almost cold, beat about 3-4 minutes until everything is well integrated and the cream has good consistency.
