The First Payout Received!
Today I received my first payout from Steemit for my first post Hello！ Steemit~. Although there is only $8.31, not too much money, I am very happy about this.
I feel the time I spent here is finally gotten payback. It is feel like my blogging time has been appreciated by all friends. I have a decent job and I am not making a living on this. But most of us may feel sweet if others appreciate our time like writing here, right? I think this is probably one of the reasons that Steemit is so popular.
I don’t have too many social media accounts. Currently except Steemit I also have Facebook (For WhatsApp and Wechat, I think they are Instant Messaging (IM) tools). But I haven’t post anything or upload any photos onto Facebook for years. I don’t like the intense political atmosphere there, especially in Hong Kong. Many people and political organizations use Facebook as a channel to broadcasting their views. Thanks to the freedom of speech in Hong Kong they can do this but I don’t like it. Therefore I only open Facebook from time to time for reading advertisements. At least I will not waste my time there.
Here I got a nice start and I am willing to spend more and more time here to share my stories, opinions and experience. Together we can make STEEMIT community GREAT!
