How to compute the value of your Voting Power Post HF19 - Simple Math?

I saw this video post of @craig-grant where he disclosed his new voting powers valued at around 1,400 USD per day. Aside from my realizing what the whales earning potentials are and how great it is for them to be in that position, I also realized the value of any account's voting power can be easily computed.

[Disclaimer] I'm really new to Steem and haven't studied all the FAQs and guides out there so forgive me if this is already documented somewhere else or if what I'm saying is wrong (please comment and let me know.)
Now post HF19, you are limited to 10 votes per day at 100% power (of course you can divide the power for more votes). With that, Craig demonstrated that his single 100% vote was worth around 140 USD.
$1400 div 10 = $140
So I shamelessly checked his wallet and saw his SP was at 135,402++ STEEM
$1400 is roughly at 1% of the total SP.
Does this apply then to all accounts or just whales? I think it does.
What good does it do then? Well several. You can
- Compute for your own voting value
- Set a target of how much value you want for your votes and either buy more Steem, or estimate the number of times you need to post, comment, curate whatever, or pray that your posts become viral..
So I *think* this is how you can compute anyone's daily vote value.
Step 1
Check the current STEEM POWER
Example 1: SP = 500
Example 2: SP = 3500
Step 2
Compute 1% of total SP = Daily total vote value
Example 1: 500(SP) x .01 = $5.00
Example 2: 3500(SP) x .01 = $35.00
Step 3
Divide daily total value by 10 votes
Example 1: $5.00 / 10 = $0.5 per 100% vote.
Example 2: $35.00 / 10 = $3.5 per 100% vote.
You can then decide what percentage to use to upvote your own or other's posts and comments.
As Craig pointed out in his video, he could upvote himself 10 times a day and earn $1,000 ++ a day or more than $30,000 a month. But he said it himself that he won't do that. He is a good guy (yipee) and gives back to the community to help others.
Sounds good but now I must reverse engineer and see if the proof is valid.
