If I was the Great Leader of all China, I would live in a castle with triple walls too, to keep the commoners out and prevent them from ruining my positivity with their stink.
It takes some kind of Buddha-nature to throw away the castle and dive head first into the suffering of all beings. Super rare. It isn't intellectual or cerebral it's something in the heart that rebels against the complacency.
