Aji de Gallina Tequenos

Peruvian take on chicken spring rolls!
Filling is Chicken, parmesan, Aji Amarillo Chilis, evaporated milk, panko, garlic, onions.
Wrapped around is wontons deep fried until golden brown and served with a spicy Aji Amarillo aioli sauce, with a salsa criolla on the side. Great for sharing and for snacking.
