Hi @disable3 - the payouts are done if your SBD profit is at least 0.001 SBD and because most of the profit now is made with STEEM, your small investment needs a lot of time to generate this 0.001 SBD.

Most probably I will update @tipU to send payments also if the profit is at least 0.001 STEEM, not only SBD :)
