Thank you for raising more awareness about this @d-pend, reducing the % of liquid steem is what can differentiate the steem blockchain of all others. It is actively used and most of the money would come from the users who believe in it by using it, not from the crazy class of crypto investors who love to pump, dump and are full of fear and tweet-influence creating the well known volatility and uncertainty.
