My First Post from @busy.org

in #steemit7 years ago (edited)

I DECIDED TO TRY AGAIN!

After @ryanbaer replied to a comment I made about not giving busy a chance, I decided he was pretty convincing and so I set forth looking forward to checking out the new developments. So far I will say, that I am glad I came back!

The posting screen is much larger and allows for me to see my markdown in real time... I totally love this feature. Mainly because I totally suck at it and I am constantly checking my work. Posting in steemit, I would need to scroll all the way down to double check my work. I have barely began this post yet, & thinking about having to scroll down again makes me already feel spoiled by this feature.

I was able to see my feed much clearer than I remember the first time I logged in, I found it moving very quickly and responding to messages faster than the steemit platform has been lately. I am finding it rather challenging to see if my photo's are working and found that what appeared to be an uploading icon with the camera+ did not function. So I guess we'll see how bad my markdown is firsthand! When commenting on steemit tonight it took quite a long time with several grey circles later before I could be sure my comment went through. Same with my upvotes. @Busy.org was fast acting and really allowed for an instant comment, reply & upvote.

I did have to go over to steemit platform to fix my photo's but I'm sure that i'll soon figure out my user error!

So great job @ryanbaer for getting me here and to the busy team for constantly improving development. I look forward to using the platform on a regular basis.

I am also Liking busy, as someone else mentioned busy 2 currently in Beta is even better, I am really liking it better than other options at this stage

Any questions feel free to ask in the Gamma room :)

That's what I keep hearing, gonna check it out next!

Cool good luck with it

This is Busy1, you should try Busy2 :p

Hello
I want to use steemconnect2.
I tried to connect using the example but I can not connect using postingkey.
Only the active key or master key is used to connect.
Is this problem intended?
Or I want to know if I am doing wrong.

With SteemConnect2 you need to grant @busy.app permission to post on your behalf, so the app busy can post for you. This operation require at least your active key when you authorize the app then you can login with you memo key or posting key. You can revoke @busy.app anytime using this link http://v2.steemconnect.com/revoke/@busy.app
The active key is only used to make the operation in your browser then discarded, nothing stay or goes to the server.

Thank you.
Your answer was very helpful.

Sound advice! I will give it a go!

I've been holding out, may have to reconsider checking this out 😊

Maybe go right to busy 2!

thanks for sharing your experience , I have yet to tried it out though..

Hopefully you enjoyed trying it! It has updated recently as well!

Haha I totally get you, sounds nice :) Gonna try it out when it goes better

It has a recent update you might enjoy!

Whatever @resteembot resteems, I resteem too!
I am a new, simple to use and cheap resteeming bot
I will automatically resteem posts resteemed by @resteembot until 2017-12-26 00:00:01 +00:00
If you want to read more about me, read my introduction post.

What does it mean now when you log in to Busy.org and they say they want to Post on your blog ? @busy.org

It gives the platform access to post on your steemit blog. You still create your own posts and votes, you just do via Busy. I just made my second post from it recently.

OK - Thanks - Have they ever posted anything to your blog ?

Nope, no complaints!
