Yep, I stumbled upon the change a few days ago, wish Steemit sent EVERY account holder a notification email EVERY TIME a policy change that affected their wealth happened!

It would be nice! But it is also our duty to understand how the platfor moves. See, this is not an ordinary social platform, it moves money, and A LOT of it. So with a great power, comes a great responsability ;)
