Thanks @blocktrades. So @binance-hot is charging me 0.1 ETH to refund the 50 Steem. That is how sad this is. I have to pay more than half the money to get it back. So the terms they offered me was either to leave the money in their hot wallet or pay 0.1 ETH to get it refunded. I don't think this is in any case fair but I have no option so I am paying the 0.1 Eth
