I have wondered about this as well. With such a terrific group of people here on Steemit, and Blockchain technology, we may someday alleviate poverty.
Exactly.....and i'm wondering if there is a way of doing a "group" thing where people do free articles and donate their upvotes or if there is other ways, then people can bid for the charities, they want to support ??
