I would like to have this cleared up, as well. I'm thinking, based on my observations of vote impact, that one would have to be in the hundreds of thousands of dollars of SP before they'd be handing out multiple dollars with a single vote.
Yup.
Vote Power is based upon an Alogrithm which has many variables such as reputation (which is based upon other variables) SteamPower, how soon you vote, you place in the Que that votes, and who knows what else. It's unpredictable.
