i was stuck in bandwidth error. and i was not even able to post ,
comment or even vote up or follow ...
i had 1 Steem but i could not even power up. because of my bandwidth problem.
so what i did, i bought some STEEM POWER from blocktrades
and now i can do all that once again.
if you got that problem, you do the same,

Apparently the threshold for the bandwidth has been reduced to prevent automated spam postings. So you need to watch your bandwidth when posting. Once you are below the threshold you need to wait until it regenerates
To check just go to
https://steemd.com/@username
and look for Bandwidth remaining that gives you an idea how much you have left. I hope this helps
