There is evidence you knowingly misled people knowing BitConnect was a ponzi scheme and it would end badly one day. You put you own financial worth over tens or hundreds of thousands of others. I hope you pay for this and learn a hard lesson. Sorry you have to go through this but you knew the day would come.
don't feel sorry for this man, he has no conscience for those he screwed over. He's just fooling you letting you think he needs his sanity...he's a psychopath and feels no remorse or guilt...there are people after him this is why he's running.

He knew what he was doing and knew it would end one day. There are screenshots of his old steemit posts acknolwedging it was a ponzi scheme. There's a difference between promoting buying something like Ethereum and something like Bitconnect.
