Contest - Commenting Pod position - Invitation for Steemit newbies

This is an initiative to support the discussion oriented Steemit minnows.

I have a brand new Discord server and a very action oriented set of ideas - that's why I picked the name, aside of being a fan of a movie- but even as I’m still in the cradle I will offer a position to the 5 people for the commenting pod.

The invitation for the open interview is in the bottom of the post.
Make sure to read the entire post before approaching the interview.

Requirements:

Solid commenting skills.
Posts on Steemit blog should be decent
Willingness to learn and grow

Assignments

Publish one decent post ( text 200+words) daily with the commenting pod banner under it and our public discord invitation link (to receive an upvote for the quality review, not obligatory).
Obligatory - Daily - professionally comment on the list of 3 articles provided by admin written by other Steemit authors.
Obligatory - Participate in the admin Weekly Commenting Pod Report (syndication post) with comments.

Benefits

Upvotes daily on one of your own quality post, if all requirements are met.
Article authors ( 3 articles) will be carefully chosen from the pool of very talented and useful authors in Steemit, so a possibility of the commenting reward but also learning from these individuals will be highly enjoyable.
Weekly Commenting Pod Report post’s earnings will be directly syndicated to the pod’s members ( all post earnings go directly to pod members)

Policy

All resources will be provided, tools, tutorials to upgrade your writing skills.
Members of the pod have to professionally comment on the given articles - which means no spam, short comments or weird language.
No spam, copy paste and upvote begging in Steemit
No vote begging, self-promotion, link seeding or harassment inside of the server, either to the admin, other members or whoever

Position of the pod’s leader/ staff or/and admin includes:

Communication with the pod’s members
Providing tutorials, instructions and tools
Checking if 3 comments daily assignment are completed
Checking pod’s member daily posts for quality writing ( and group’s banner)
Finding appropriate content for the comments, reading and learning
Writing Weekly Commenting Pod Report post and syndicating reward to pod members

In other words, a commenting pod will be a place to build and support a group of the community oriented newbies.
If turned good, a person who will grow and assimilate knowledge will grow with us.
If it’s not your cup of the tea, it’s fine.

The pod will be fully active after acquiring five members.

At this moment we will take 5 group members, and if and when our initiative grows a bit we will add up new members.
