@anikearn: You already defaulted your past pledges and have 0.499 SBD overdue. Unless you transfer the overdue your new pledge cannot be upvoted.
Furthermore, you have enough in your wallet to comply with your past pledge. If you transfer your overdue, your Rating will be upgraded to A and you will qualify to make a new pledge.
