randowhale is the past. minnowbooster was better before. It is still profitable but not as good as it was. The best option for $1 upvote is @buildawhale in my opinion.
Buildawhale is really good.
Also I want to say, that Boomerang is actually better now, but small SBD should be sent and it gives nice upvotes sometimes up to 4X.
