I just eat serabi.
really delicious serabi made in this aunt, was so delicious I forgot to take pictures in advance, while the image is clearly visible little has been eaten.
if friends want to experience the delights that I feel this, please try this recipe at home ,:



Serabi Baking Ingredients:
(1) Coconut milk 1/2 coconuts (550cc).

(2) 259 gram rice flour.

(3) The juice pandanus 50 cc.

(4) Coconut 1/2 grain (100gram).

(5) Salt 1/2 tsp.

(6) syrup of palm sugar



serabi sauce:
(1) 1 sheet of pandan leaves.

(2) Salt 1/2 tsp.

(3) Java sugar 100 grams.

(4) Thick coconut milk 500cc.

(5) jackfruit seedless 100 grams of diced

How to make :
(1) Prepare the coconut milk boiled separately, with stirring until boiling then remove and let it warm.

(2) Combine flour, rice, oil and salt and stir until smooth.

(3) mixed warm water pandan and coconut milk gradually while stirring batter and pounded until smooth dough for 30 minutes.

(4) Prepare a clay skillet and heat on a charcoal fire.

(5) basting pan with a little oil.

(6) Please enter 2 tablespoons of batter and cook until hollow.

(7) Cover the pan and cook until cooked.

(8) Once cooked remove and serve with syrup of palm sugar
