This is the best article I've seen on this subject. So true, steemit owes you nothing. I've seen so much of this happening at the moment and I do think it's because of the much larger influx of people joining steemit for the one reason to make money. The opportunity is there but no one likes beggars and nothing in this world comes for free. Put in the work and take part in the community and rewards will follow.
