Simple Post: Idea for Steem Chrome Extension that makes Steem Safer for Noobs by Auto Blocking Known Blacklisted Scammers and their Phishing Link filled comments.

Simple short Idea post, I want to have many Steem Chrome Extensions created, but a simple one I Just thought of can also be an addition to the @steemitplus Chrome Extenion by @armandocat because all I want to do is create a block list of blacklisted users. Basically when a new user installs this chrome extension, or enables this feature on the existing Steemit Plus extension, then the user will have all the know scammers of steem currently on the black list, added to their own block list, and when people are on your personal block list they won't show up on your browser, you will have effectively blocked them from YOUR experience of steemit's front end an that is all we can hope for until Steemit Inc expands their existing DMCA copyright take down feature (which only removes posts from the FRONT end, not the steem blockchain) and uses it to take harmful content like comments with phishing links in them, off the front end. Sure the posts will still show up on other steem block explores and front ends, like busy.org, but busy.org can also hare this black list or Block List, and block all the known scammers and harmful accounts that we ll agree by consensus are not needed on the front end. This should not have any controversy because plenty of Front Ends take down posts simply for being flagged, like @steepshot or @dtube which will stop showing a steem post if that post is flagged own below $0, the post will just disappear and you have to go to steemit.com or another steem front end to see the post!

Actually I just realized that when Communities comes out, we WILL get this power , and no one will be hanging out OUTSIDE of communities, except on the main trending page, which will just get bigger as steem gets bigger but besides that, everyone will be in the sub-steemits just like subreddits on reddit. No one will care about hanging out ANYWHERE but the POPULAR Steem Communities, and they WILL be moderated so posts that forum owners don't like can just be taken off the community, still visible as a post on steemit.com inside that person;s Blog, but you won't get the privilege of getting to put your posts on someone else's virtual space, you can make your OWN though, and of course your posts will always remain visible on your OWN blog. I believe this is the balance needed to allow for maximum freedom but also allow people to have their own private property online, so you can make posts that no one else can delete but you cannot keep them in someone else's forum, they can essentially be taken off other spaces and pushed back into your own Blog, which is how it is now, so you wouldn't be losing anything but extra privileges that we don't even have yet.

Just thought this idea of a cleaning system to autohide blacklisted accounts could be easily implemented on a chrome extension if we can't have steemit.com remove things from their front end which is something I understand why they don't want to do. Thanks for reading my quick post idea for steemit extra features which I will keep posting like this from now on, to get ll my ideas out as I have been holding them back for too long.
