People will buy a bunch of steem when its like at $2, and then steem will drop to $1, and they will complain about how steemit "lost them half of their life savings" or when they buy a bunch of steemppower, and then they decide they NEED some of tat money, and they realize it takes 14 weeks at 1 week at a time to get all your steempower back into liquid steem that you can actually spend...and theyll claim that they were NEVER warned and that now steemit is just costing them money or how steemit is DEFINITELY just a ponzi scheme...just look at all the negative articles about steemit today!
Tons of negative articles from haters who all usually happen to have a steemit account and they probably aren't making much money and they also arent even posting! they expect to just post once a ay and make $1000 per post LOL

People I meet on the street who claim to work in finance tell me about how they are "suing bitcoin" wne when I ask who they are actually suing, they respond with "yeah you know the main bitcoin guys, bitcoin.org" hah its just crazy! like someone threatening to sue the MP3 as if you could sue a file format! SURE there is a lab in Germany that created the Mp3 Codec software! Just like there is someone or something that invented bitcoin and released it in 2008/2009 but it was not some sort of internet virus that hacked into bank accounts an took peoples money! It became its OWN form of money with people ditching the banks to use IT instead! and you CANNOT tax it as theres nothing TO tax! The banks and IRS are just completely envious that we are using our own money system without them!
If you created your own software, like ethereum, and someone happens to use it for money, thats not your problem! Ethereum is a worldwide super computer and ethereum "tokens" buy computing power! the fact that you can also use it as a store of value is a SIDE effect!
Buying and selling bitcoins for fiat money is NOT like stocks or any capital gains!
there are no "tokens" its a LEDGER and the fact that people VALUE having your NAME(private key) in this ledger has NOTHING to do with ANYTHING that involves paying a tax!
If I bought 1 ounce of gold back when an ounce of god was only like $10 and I lived this long and I still have that ounce of gold, and i melt it down and use small parts of it to trade for my food and pay my bills etc, what is there to pay any taxes on f you buy a bitcoin for 10 cents in 2009 and that bitcoin is $2400 now, and you happen to use small pieces of that bitcoin to pay for food and rent etc, why would you "pay taxes" on it? what is there to pay taxes on? even if you "sold" the bitcoin u arent selling anything your just trading youre private eys for some cash so someone else can use it! itss not like buying and selling foreign currency, this is not a "currency" in the sense, its not a token eithr its not "digital money" its ALL just a ledger! and everyone using bitcoin agrees to use and uphold this same ledger!
of course noone making big money will go out there and tell people to not pay taxes HOWEVER people make a LIVING teaching others how to AVOID taxes! tax EVASION is illegal tax AVOIDANCE is your DUTY as an American and as a Human being! Alll income tax is illegal! and unconstitutional! everyone knows this we all just agree to have our money stolen every year unless we have the money to pay to for the loopholes!
And look do you think drug dealers on the darknet report their earnings?
if you keep all your coins yourself, and trade on shapeshift or Exodus all on your own computer, who is there to report anything?

even following "minnows" or steemit users without much money will pay off in the long run! because if they post everyday and with quality content they can build their way up to having many hundreds of dollars or even thousans in steempower! I started with nothing two months ago in late arch 2017 and now after saving most all of my steem as steempower and from now never powering down , i have worked my way up to over 500 dollars worth of steempower! (I would have had closer to 700 dollars by now but price of steem dropped from $1.20 to closer to $0.90 cents but I am not worried! And neither should you! Of course it hurts when you only have a few dollars, like $10 lets say and you see it drop to $8 but its just the price of steem! thats all! you didnt do anything wrong!

Back to what I was saying (I have a problem with going off on tangent THERE i go again im doing it again right now!) backto what I was saying, its IMPORTANTto gain small time followers! get attention of many many hard working minnows! some minnows are on way to becoming dolphins! and then their upvotes will eventually become morre and more valuable!
eventually all the minnows you gain as followers will have thousands of dollars in steempower, as dolphins they will be able to make your posts go up by a few dollars at atime! NOW we are cooking with steem! or as the chinese say, now we are cooking with OIL or Throw OIL on the fire! Coook with that OIL!
anyway liquid steem crypto currency really is the whole reason we can sen and recieve payments all tied into our upvote system

I stand by what i said! i wish i had known bittrex had al the coins poloniex delisted! so many people had no idea! noone is there to teach newbs, and people shoudnt act like they are such experts because they know about some crypto currency system that JUST came out! even bitcoin is no more than 8 years old! were all learning, noones an expert, were all noobs. some of us are just better at making money than others
