Yeah, it's a bit of a bummer - there are guys out in the streets of England promoting Steemit - and these new folk must be thinking wtf is this then.
The Steem Blockchain is safe though, this is where your cash is at. Steemit.com is, in my opinion, suffering from its success (and recent SMT news), some folk don't like it and are attacking.

Steemit blockchain might be safe (I know what blockchain is btw), but the 'people' behind it can you trust? Hmmmmm. You know people, like you and me? Given human nature, I don't know anymore. Unless we are completely delusional again here.

It's these guys I feel most sorry for. Some have spent 000's on flyers/t-shirts - they have done their bit, only for the platform to be acting up!
Yeah, I think they could do that promotion someday when the platform has already been improved greatly.
Things were fine until a few weeks ago. It'll be sorted out I'm sure!
