It's just steemitstage.com. So far, it feels better than steemit.com, but not that much better.
I am currently using cnsteem.com (a clone developed by @skenan) to read all of these. Didn't know there is also a steemitstage.com similar... What does it do? Just a backup?
It appears to be the front end for the development/testing/staging versions of steemit.
