I have no idea yet but would love to make something without puréeing it mashing it or covering it. I still would like to see these beautiful flowers! My favorite two cauliflower recipes are comfort food but not very elegant. 🤔
Keeping it in its natural state is really a great move in elevating this lovely product! If I had the perms to enter, I would do both a pureed + whole!
