Thank you ... I am so proud of myself that I stayed after the onions I had my issues ... but the contest and the love of the challenge means more than my mangled ego lol and I am over it so ready to start a new season and go for full participation again ... it is such an inspiring and awesome challenge ... and to be honest the absolute perfect excuse for me to once a week actually cook something that I want to eat ... hihi ... normally I just cook for my daughter and my dad ... and they are not in the experimenting phases for sure ... so this is great for me to get my love of creating in the kitchen back a bit ...
