Hi,Today I give one recipe using carrot.Using carrot I give one evening healthy snacks with coffee.
It is CARROT FRENCH FRIES.It is very simple recipe and very testy.
It has some different taste.Outer layer will be very crispy and inner layer is softer.
It very healthy also.
INGREDIENTS :-
-Carrots : 2
Olive oil : 1 table spoon
Pepper : as required
Salt : as required
-lemmon
PREPARATION :-
STEP 1 :-
First peal the outer layer of the carrot, and cut them
1 inch width and 4 inch long.
STEP 2 :-
Then heat a tawa ,sprinkle oil on it and place carrot like this.
STEP 3 :-
In medium flame fry these carrots slowly until it get brown.
Hear I try in tawa but if you make this using oven you easily prepare this dish.
STEP 4:-
After getting golden brown,transfer to bowl and add little bit lemmon,pepper and salt.
Then mix them well,after that transfer to serving bowl and serve with tamato sausc at heart.
Its taste is amazing ,pls try all of u,you can also enjoy this taste.
