There are egg subs commercially, but I don't it would work for your wonderful recipe
Sometimes for egg subs I use flax seed, aquafaba etc
I will have to do some experiments 😁
hehehe our fellow contestant @amy-goodrich made a vegan carrot cake using soaked chia seed as the egg sub.. :)
