Steemit Iron Chef Act 02 Round 04: Fraisier🍓
This week's ingredient was perfect for me. Since this week in classes we would prepare this delicious cake that dates back to the 1860s.
The name of this cake derives from its name in French. Fraise strawberries. This cake is made with a thin cake that is moistened with a cherries syrup and a layer of muslin cream and strawberries and more cream is added and with another final layer of sponge cake and buttercream.
For this Fraisier use.
For muslin
White chocolate pastry cream
- Yolks
- Cornstarch
- Sugar
- White chocolate
- Milk
- Unflavored gelatin
Butter cream - Yolks
- Syrup
- Butter
At the end we join the pastry cream and butter cream and we will have the muslin ready to add to our strawberries.
