Steemit Iron Chef 2018 Act Round 06 Eggplant Stew 🍆

This week's theme is great. Since that way we can make known what is grown in our town. I have always said that I am very fortunate to be born in a place where the earth is very fertile and gives us plants of many things.

Take advantage and take a picture of some eggplants bushes that are in my grandfather's house.

I decided I could make an eggplant stew with meat. It is something that we always prepare because it is very tasty and easy to make

We need:

• Eggplants.
• Carrot.
• Onion.
• Pepper.
• Chili.
• Salt.
• Mealt.
• Zucchini.
• Tomato.
• Celery.
• Coriander.
• Ketchup.

We chop all the vegetables in small pieces.

We prepare the meat with onion, tomato,coriander and salt.

When the vegetables are tender, add the meat, the tomato sauce and the salt and let them cook a little more.

We accompany this eggplant stew with rice.
