Need an Auto Scroll to Top button
should be pretty simple to do to have a auto scroll button that takes you back to the top of the page after you have scrolled a mile down the page. what do ya think?

Good idea
Keeping the menu bar visible at all times should help.

Hide the top menu when scrolling down, show it when scrolling up. Some web sites are doing this way.
