I want when I scroll down, the steemit-bar not to disappear!

I want the "steemit-bar" always available/viewable, so in case I have scrolled down and i want to go to another topic or option NOT to scroll up again until it is viewable again! It should be stick on the same position all the time...

    I nice info on the "steemit bar" would be how much upvotes we have got and how much responses from the last session we had... like on facebook

    Or have it show when scrolling up, but not down.

    Also the list of who voted needs to be truncated somehow.
