You would do a work paid in steem or steem dollars?

I would like to propose this idea to have one more alternative of winning steem or steem dollars.
The companies or persons who need from a work, already it is the writing of a text, a logo, a banner, the creation of a web page, a translation....
They can contract freelancers across steemit and pay them with steem or steem dollars, the way might be the following one.
1-The company X writes a post to persons who can do a banner for his company, they expose that it is what they want and what they are ready to pay.
2-The users of steemit interested parties can answer the post, explaining his skills, teaching someone of his works and saying all that they want to charge for the work.
3-The company will choose the person who more fits with his project and they will be contacted to reach an agreement.
4 - Once realized the work, the company pays the Freelancer and checks in the initial message of the company that the work has paid to itself correctly.
Problems.
The first problem would be a way looks to assure that every work is going to have his payment and that nobody is going to take advantage of the work of others.
The second problem (at which already persons are employed in steemit) is the lack of a chat, to be able to contact to the company and freelancer to finish the treatment.
Only it is one more idea.

Harías un trabajo pagado en steem o steem dolares?

Me gustaría proponer esta idea para tener una alternativa más de ganar steem o steem dolares.
Las empresas o personas que necesiten de un trabajo, ya sea el escrito de un texto, un logo, un banner, la creación de una página web, una traducción....
Pueden contratar freelancers a través de steemit y pagarles con steem o steem dolares, la manera podría ser la siguiente.
1- La empresa X busca en un post, a personas que sepan hacer un banner para su empresa, exponen que es lo que quieren y lo que están dispuestos a pagar.
2- Los usuarios de steemit interesados pueden contestar el post, explicando sus habilidades, enseñando alguno de sus trabajos y diciendo cuanto quieren cobrar por el trabajo.
3- La empresa elegirá a la persona que más encaje con su proyecto y se pondrán en contacto para llegar a un acuerdo.
4 - Una vez realizado el trabajo, la empresa paga al Freelancer y verifica en el mensaje inicial de la empresa que el trabajo se ha pagado correctamente.
Problemas.
El primer problema sería buscar una manera para asegurar que cada trabajo va a tener su pago y que nadie se va a aprovechar del trabajo de otros.
El segundo problema (en el que ya están trabajando personas en steemit) es la falta de un chat, para poder poner en contacto a la empresa y freelancer para finalizar el trato.
Solo es una idea más.

apesar comence ayer y quiero crecer, no eh ganado mas q solo 2$ en D.S me podrias dar algunos consejos?
Lo primero es que lo más valorado en steemit es la originalidad, si copias y pegas textos o imágenes de otras páginas no suele tener éxito, así que piensa en algo que sepas hacer e intenta crear contenido sobre ese tema, haz un post presentación, a ser posible con una foto y un cartel que ponga la fecha y steemit, para verificar que eres tú, eso le da valor. también fíjate en los post que se valoren bien para ver que es lo que hacen y como lo hacen. saludos y suerte!
