I am thankful for waking up one more day
My number one resolution this year was to incorporate exercise into my lifestyle. I started running as it seemed to be easy not to mention free. The first few weeks I could not run a KM without stopping . Today I am thankful as I have achieved 13km continuous run for two times a week and I feel so much better health wise.
Thankful to God for saving me and my daughter from just ended exploration
