here's a yogic breathing exercise you may want to try:

  • 7 seconds - breathe in
  • 8 seconds - breathe out
  • 3 seconds - hold breath after exhale

and keep repeating this for a few minutes

The breath is the key to everything. Every inhale/exhale we take is a cycle all of it's own, just like the cycle of a day. Slowing down the breath is probable the simplest way to improve your overall health.
