## Comm-Press Podcast
This podcast was originally conceived in the the Steemit forums while talking about ways to grow our Steemit community. We decided that community development along with discussion of topics being talked about in the Steem community will be the narrative of our podcasts. The Show is hosted by @forrestwillie and @jyoti. I @forrestwillie, got into bitcoin and blockchain tech a while back and you can read more about that [here](https://steemit.com/introduce-yourself/@forrestwillie/introducing-myself-and-the-first-steemit-podcast-geared-to-help-build-strengthen-shape-our-growing) in my introduction to the Steemit world. @jyoti's background in speaking and community development.
## Community Participation
From the get go, we wanted this podcast to be about helping to grow the Steem community to grow in a positive fashion. This can be done best with participation from the whole community. We would like to interview active members of the Steem society and are open to topic suggestions. Even criticism is welcome though to quote the DAO slack loading page **"Please be civil and considerate!"** I see Steemit as potentially being the platform that introduces blockchain tech to the masses and Comm-Press is here to do our part in making this dream a reality!

A STEEM Powered podcast keeping with what's CRYPTO CURRENT
In our first episode we speak with Matt Goldenberg, CEO of Crystal DAO. We discuss the "DAO hack," as well as our first impressions of the STEEM vision.
We raise questions about how STEEM works and pose them to the community.
In our first episode we also take time to introduce ourselves, our work, and our hope for this podcast.
