That is great mark! Ash and I spoke yesterday about how valuable it would be to post this and ask people to upvote it to help pay for said integration and also to help show Changelly.com's community that there is alot of support for it to be added.

Then for all his efforts, he could keep the steempower earned for starting and working on the initiative. Efforts to coordinate are often more time consuming than some would believe, so I think this way of reaching out awards both the person coordinating such outreach while also giving the recipient of said outreach the benefit of earning crypto if they choose to accept.

If you think about it...the more community support an initiative receives, the more enticing it will be for those being contacted (in this case you and your team) to move forward with it :)

Just one reason why I like steem as part of the beyondbitcoin toolbox---because for the first time ever, I can coordinate community-driven efforts (like ash/fav did here) and reward all participants who make it happen!
