WAKEY WAKEY MONDAY PEOPLE! — i’ve only got eight lines left and i can start to edit everything together, i’ve done the green screen overlays for the names and i’m getting closer to picking a music selection for the piece — 28 steemians have taken part, recorded their line to video and i’ll stitch them together, i’m excited for the future ones. wanna take part?

it’s been an interesting process, from people sending .3gp files (remember that format?! wow) to people who are introverts that struggled but still managed to send me one, it shows the difference and diversity of people out their on steemit and i’m stoked for the full version to come out, all 28 lines of it ;)

INSTRUCTIONS — HOW TO TAKE PART

1. head over to this spreadsheet - http://humble.link/spoken_1 - put your @steemname next to the line you will read back for me on video.
2. please record the video in 16:9 aspect, that's wide, not tall if your on a mobile phone!
3. can ignore bad video quality but not bad audio, audio needs to be clear, make sure you pause before you say the line and after so we can cut it together, close up shots, styled shots, fun shots, walking, turning to camera, just make sure your face is ideally in the centre of the screen.
4. please title the video file with @steemitname.mp4 if possible just makes it easier for me to know where it’s from and what line you spoke so i can stitch them together easier! :) — don’t worry if in another format!
5. upload that video to me by dragging and dropping it here - https://balloon.io/teamhumble please try and keep the video files small, ideally under 50mb would be great.
6. once i’ve received and verified the video from you i’ll send you the payment to your steemit account.

the full version will have 28 lines, some backing music, and some green screened overlays of your name who took part. i want to expand on this project and i’ve got some interesting ideas of how to do this much faster in the future — the next one would hopefully take place at steamfest 2 if me and dayleeo can get the funds together in time to make it there.

pretty excited regardless for the future of collaborative video making, it’s something that youtube should have had setup and running by now, i believe this will be a first, collaborative crypto paid video and from here on out the future is bright ;)
