This is a neat way to get some extra motivation for losing weight. You make a bet: for example you bet $30 you will lose 4% of your body weight in 4 weeks. At the end of the bet everyone in that pool that made the goal will split the pot. There is a no loss guarantee, so that if enough people win that would make your share of the prize less that what you paid, you will still get back your original bet. If you don't make your weight loss bet of course you lose your bet. There are different kinds of bets, for different amounts of money. You can even start your own challenge. Imagine if you had a social group and you all created a game together, you could even make the prize go to a charitable cause for your group.
