• private sale - because we don't do ICO, but we still need funding for project development (amount of fund raise would be similar to seed round funding)
• company holding - it's for further project development in the future (keeping it for series A - C funding).

that's our rough thought for our copycat project.. btw is there any dApp project that's not a copycat of traditional app?
