SteemHunt made some big moves recently

@steemhunt is Steeming ahead at full force! They recently announced their IEO's on two Korean exchanges ProBit and IDCM. ProBit also recently made an announcement about listing STEEM which can now be traded using KRW, BTC or USDT pairs. I expect that IDCM and DayBit will soon announce STEEM listings on their exchanges too and it's all thanks to the hard work, persistence and dedication of the @steemhunt team which I'm very thankful for.

If every fifth project, dapp or app team on Steem was as dedicated and committed to this goal as @steemhunt is, by now STEEM would be listed on much more exchanges and its market cap would be far greater than it is currently.

Recently, there has been a surge of positive news about spreading STEEM awareness by getting it on multiple exchanges it wasn't listed on before. If we want to be fully prepared for the next bull season or maybe even start one of our own, before BTC initiates the overall bullish trend across the board, we need to assure higher liquidity by getting many new points of access to STEEM and SBD, especially those with fiat trading pairs.

Stinc got STEEM listed on Huoby and Lykke, @oracle-d got it on Swixxo, @steemhunt is responsible for the ProBit listing and most likely two more major listings, IDCM and DayBit and let's forget about the community push to get us listed on Netcoins. That was a huge moment for our tight-knit community as it shown us how powerful we truly are when we collectively chip-in to do something towards the same goal.

Is it just a coincidence that shortly after STEEM price started a substantial upwards trend?

I don't think so.

To reach mainstream adoption, apart from a great deal of marketing and a ton of exciting new dapps and projects, we will need to get STEEM listed on as many exchanges as possible. It will be a key aspect in the future growth of STEEM as a token and a blockchain as it assures crypto and fiat off/on ramps for both investors and content creators which is of high importance.

Evrey new exchange that lists STEEM up for trading is a huge one up for both its liquidity and market cap as we've seen from the recent price increase, which I speculate is driven mostly by the exchange listings.
