Japanese company Preferred Networks Inc., which specializes in AI has developed a fully-automated robot system that can clear up a cluttered room.
Using advanced deep learning technology, this robot is able to identify and grasp objects that might need cleaning up or putting them in the correct place. The robot can intelligently plan its movements and follow human instructions.
Furthermore, the robot has an integrated AR system that allows the humans to see and understand how the robot is visualizing the objects and how it plans to de-clutter them.
The robot is about 100 to 135 cms. in height and weighs about 37 KGs.
A technical demonstration of this robotic system was recently given at CEATEC Japan 2018 exhibition.

I like robot products. but sometimes I feel they're too smart that I feel they are creepy especially when it is a robot stays your home.
Yes, I kind of agree with that.
i can imagine how funny the robot could be, what is your baby is playing on the floor and the robot picks her or him up. i believe robots are smart but limited just like this one for picking up stuffs not really keeping the room tidy but it is a good bot.

I got something like this for my grandma and ever since then my workload has been reduced. This robot have truly helpful

Well this certainly goes beyond the lil' floor cleaning bots! These can actually grab, hold and put back in the correct place objects that are in disarray? That's pretty swEet! Jetson's here we come right!?!
