Router.so is an Open Source form handling and lead routing service for developers. It allows you to simply determine schema, generate an endpoint, create a form, and route leads. Sign up for free or one click deploy to Vercel and start using on your own.
Prerequisites
Before starting, ensure you have the following:

An account with Resend
An account with Vercel
A PostgreSQL database (we recommend Vercel Postgres)
Environment Variables
After creating your accounts, update your .env.example to be .env.local for running the application locally. Then update the keys for each value. Easily share lead information with team members or clients via email.
