I have actually tried something like this using the Oculus version. It does get me sick a bit, to be honest. But it's cool too. With the right chair, it must be crazy real... I guess one of the things that are missing (gravity) will get somehow simulated with the chair moving. So the trick must work better when you are not stationary.
