Nice find. I expect you could use this to stop smoking or to stop eating mid-meal snacks or biting your nails or any number of small niggling things you might want to train yourself not to do.

exactly @rose98734 ! I had a bad habit of biting my lips in my childhood , this app could have been a great help. My mother had to take pains (shouting at me) to relieve me from the bad habit.
