STEEM GIG - Hiring Growth Hacker for Exciting One-Weekend Steem Marketing Project (Paid + Ad Budget) - Pays $100

This gig is part of the Musician’s Guide to Steemit project.

We’re creating a one-chapter eBook, adapted from chapter five of the full book, as a proof-of-concept for the guide. This project will be just like a real book release: Professionally written, edited, laid out, designed, and marketed including paid advertising.

Job Description: In the traditional role of the growth hacker, you are responsible for getting this eBook into as many hands, eyes & ears as you possibly can. Like a “social media marketer” on steroids.

This is a special role that requires a competent candidate. I will only hire someone if I am satisfied with a candidate - if not, I will leave this role empty. You may be a good fit if you have prior experience, or are a serious student of this topic (either college or self-taught) looking for chance to apply your skills in the real world.

Fluent english speakers only for this one please.

You will have a budget of $200 for basic marketing and promotion.

(This is a “test run” - the full Musician’s Guide eBook’s marketing and ad budget will be closer to $2,000, and if the right person shows up for this role, I intend to hire them again for the second round.)

Here’s how the job goes:

Step 1: Upon hiring, we have an in-depth video chat conversation where we talk about the marketing and advertising strategy for the book. We will do a "one weekend" strategy - all ads in one weekend, since this is a small test project.

Step 2: You execute the basic parameters of the strategy: A/B Testing, Ad design (working with my graphics people), and ad buying / placement. You should plan to allocate about $75 towards the internal stuff (A/B testing etc) and $125 to actual consumer-facing ads.

First payment happens after the skype meeting (6 Steem + 6 SBD), second payment happens after conclusion of job (6 Steem + 6 SBD).
